one of the things i dislike about warmer weather is that mosquitos terrorise me at night. this one was a little smarter, it gave up after about 5 attempts, and proceeded to bite my lip when i was asleep. but it's okay because i have magical all purpose medicine called propolis, which works on everything unless you are allergic to bees.


about killing mosquitos, i'm fairly certain the last time i did that was in china, using an electric mosquito-killing racquet. because there are 5x more mosquitos than people in the house, and the mosquitos are more aggressive (and apparently their stings are worse but imo australian mosquito stings are more annoying).

i remember there were mosquitos in the house, sometime within 2001-2003, and i was like "waah i hate mosquitos qq" and my brother told me to clap them. i didn't really want to. you know how you have to clap really hard to kill the mosquito? well, i didn't do that. i clapped like an uncoordinated seal, with my hands not-flat, so even if i did clap where the mosquito was, it wouldn't crush it. like cymbals. i think it annoyed him.

i remember sometimes he would jump on bees while they settled on clover flowers.



... and that's why i don't kill things



the interesting thing is, i'm not really that uninclined to kill things using a racquet, or by telling someone else to kill it, or by paying for pest control, etc. i'm still responsible for the death, but for some reason it's aok.

it's interesting that in the playing of video games, i have been responsible for the deaths of billions, and i've murdered thousands.
without a second thought.

well, time to play games or something
