after you unwisely decided to take ages to get off the bus, and wisely decided not to catch the train, the train left and after a while the guy came out of his little niche in the train and entered the carriage, which was conveniently right next to him. I can't remember what he actually said, and I can't be bothered to try, so it was something like:
"Hey! Why did you hold back the train?"
"I thought my friend might want to get on"
"Do you go to a school? Do they have rules there?"
"yeah"
"and you follow them?"
"yeah, sorry"
"then why don't you follow the rules on the train?"
"yeah I know I shouldn't have stopped the door, sorry"
"There's other passengers on the train who don't want to wait"
"okay, sorry"
"what station do you stop at?"
"eastwood"
and then he leaves. I don't know why he asked that last one. Maybe he ran out of questions to try and be intimidating with.
I probably wasn't as cool as I felt. I was talking pretty quietly, because I didn't want to shout at him or anything. Maybe it made me look scared. That's good if it did.
The train stopped as eastwood for about 15 seconds, as short as it stopped at epping.
Most of the time the train stops for at least 30 seconds. I could have held the train for about 15 seconds and I'm sure the other passengers wouldn't mind. Besides, the 38 is always empty.
I kind of felt a bit sorry for the year 8/9 guy who was sitting between where I was standing and where the train guy was. he had to like, sit through all of it.
well anyway, I wouldn't mind being a lawyer. They might not uphold what's right, but they uphold what's legally right. That's close enough.
I don't really get writer's block. I know where my story's going, even if it mightn't make much sense. I just get writer's cbf

I feel like killing my protagonist.
Writer's cbf, indeed. People have told me I should be a lawyer, but I really don't want to. It's not..interesting enough.
lawyers uphold the law but they do not uphold justice
long-winded explanation:
sorry, i didn't run for the train to your door because the other door was closer. also i stopped trying once i saw the doors reach half-way because there was no way i could have gotten on and also i wouldn't mind waiting a couple of minutes if it was a risky maneuver to get to the door.
