Red Particles

Today was rather interesting. I cut my hands with my hands, I was pierced by a marking gauge, I was slightly vampiric, I was very poetic, I played poker for 3 periods, and I fell over a few times. Hm. What else was interesting. I don't think there was anything else. Nope, that's all folks.

Today I woke up to the red red sky
through the curtains I gazed whilst I put on my tie
I blinked, I shivered, could the end be nigh...?
Whatever it is, I'm far too young to die

From outside came a dull roar as the wind swept through the trees
both them and I were moved by the breeze
I listened to the radio - a source I could trust
it seems these problems have been caused by dust...

As I neared the bus stop I moved faster to a stride
when an old friend appeared, grabbed my shoulders and then cried
"It's armageddon, DL," he pointed to the sky
"The end of the world! We're all going to die!"

{insert stanza here}*

The chilling winds have subsided
The sky is back to norm
without a whimper or a bang
thus ended the dust storm

*I didn't actually bother writing during the day, but I'll consider getting around to that

Pills here! But what happens when Pills gets his Louis?
